The Employee of the Month for May is Greg Mills, aka ‘The General’. The General was the first employee of Lebanese descent employed by Wildcat Textbooks. Blessed with the heavy accent of his native patch, we never really knew what the General was saying, but his pleasant demeanor always made him a staff favorite. The General first etched his name in Wildcat lore during the coup d’ etat of May 2007. The General led the first brigade on a paramount mission, flanking the enemy behind the Johnny Print corridor and eventually enveloping Phillip’s Market to Western Prall. After wartime, the General settled with Karen, the maiden he’d been courtin’ for many a moon. The General has since moved on from the seductive college book industry to the accounting profession. He is now referred to as the General Ledger, littering his underlings with hundred dollar bills and flashes of provocative freelance dance. In honour of his service, we sent the General and his smootchiekins on an all expense paid trip to Panama City Beach. May
